The passionate people driving our vision forward.
Founder & CEO
From 2013 to 2023, I built an educational institution in Indonesia called Master Course (MC), focused on university preparation. Many of our students came from rural and underrepresented areas with limited access to quality education. I worked directly with them to help them enter top universities, unlocking opportunities that were previously out of reach. This experience shaped how I approach building systems that expand access and remove structural barriers.
MC served 1,342 students across 42 cities and districts in 6 provinces, and I led it end to end across curriculum, operations, and growth. Over time, I became increasingly focused on how learning systems function at scale. I studied distance education, blended learning, and assessment design, developing a core insight: effectiveness depends on structure, delivery, and real-world usability.
After the pandemic, I translated this into software by building BimbelMC, an LMS platform designed to extend access beyond physical classrooms.
Between 2023 and 2025, I founded DiLan (Digital Learning) and built SuperSpace, a real-time online class platform used by 311 users across 11 institutions. Operating this system in production gave me direct exposure to distributed systems, live infrastructure, and the challenges of scaling synchronous experiences.
As usage grew, I began integrating AI to improve learning outcomes and operational efficiency. This became my entry point into applied AI. Over time, my focus shifted from applications to the underlying systems, particularly around reliability, execution, and behavior under real-world constraints.
In August 2025, I incorporated BabySea, Inc. in the United States. I initially built a generative media application integrating 70+ AI models across providers. This exposed a deeper issue: fragmentation across providers, inconsistent APIs, and unreliable execution made production systems difficult to maintain.
That led to a clear shift in focus. In March 2026, BabySea relaunched as a B2B infrastructure company, providing a unified execution layer for generative media workloads. Today, BabySea runs production workloads across the US, EU, and APAC, supporting 80+ models from 12+ AI labs through 7+ inference providers. The company is focused on becoming the control layer for how AI systems are executed and scaled.
Head of Growth
From early in my career, I focused on building markets from zero, working across education and FMCG sectors in environments with fragmented distribution and limited infrastructure. I worked directly with partners, distributors, and end users to understand how demand forms and how it can be converted into sustained growth. This experience shaped how I approach marketing not as communication, but as a system for driving adoption and revenue under real-world constraints.
At Nutrifood, I operated in Papua, an operationally complex region, managing distributor networks and leading regional expansion. I worked closely with local partners to optimize pricing, logistics, and availability, contributing to consistent revenue growth. This phase grounded my understanding of execution at scale, particularly how strategy must adapt to field realities to be effective.
As I moved into digital platforms, I shifted toward performance-driven marketing and full-funnel optimization at VC Gamers across B2B and C2C segments.
I later joined Arrowster, a US-based education startup, leading market entry in Indonesia. I built our presence from the ground up, growing our audience to over 25,000 users. I developed outbound systems and established strategic B2B relationships to create a repeatable model for expansion across new markets.
Across these roles, I developed a consistent approach to growth: combining market insight, structured outreach, and relationship-driven execution. Over time, my focus shifted from isolated campaigns to the underlying systems that drive adoption, integrating marketing and sales into a unified engine.
In 2026, I joined BabySea to lead marketing and go-to-market strategy as the company builds infrastructure for generative AI workloads. My role is to translate complex technical systems into clear market positioning, while designing scalable distribution and adoption strategies across global regions.
Currently, I am pursuing a Master of Business at Monash University on a full scholarship, focusing on entrepreneurship and global markets. This academic foundation complements my practical experience. I bring a combination of field execution, system-level thinking, and cross-market experience to support BabySea's growth as it scales globally, ensuring our strategies are grounded in operational reality.
