BabySea values the work of security researchers who help keep our platform and users safe. This page recognizes individuals who have responsibly disclosed security vulnerabilities to us.

Reporting a vulnerability

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in BabySea, please submit a report through our Support page or email connect@babysea.ai. We aim to acknowledge reports within 48 hours and will keep you informed as we work toward a fix.

Guidelines

To be eligible for acknowledgment:

  • Submit your report through Support or connect@babysea.ai.
  • Allow reasonable time for us to investigate and address the issue before any public disclosure.
  • Do not access, modify, or delete data belonging to other users.
  • Do not degrade the availability or performance of our services.
  • Provide sufficient detail for us to reproduce and verify the issue.

Acknowledged researchers

We have not yet received any qualifying reports. If you are the first to responsibly disclose a valid vulnerability, your name will appear here.
